RUN don't walk.. 'cause it's almost last call for this one 🏃 Our Schoolyard Roots stuffed pepper special has been getting a lot of love this week, but this weekend is your last chance to get it before A Moveable Feast wraps up October 4.

Stuffed with ground beef, rice, beans, corn, salsa & Oaxaca cheese, then plated over smoky chile sauce & finished with Underground Forest microgreens & lime vinaigrette, it's safe to say Daniel Owens did not make this one easy to say goodbye to.

Moveable Feats week starts TODAY🌱🔥🫶
Our Schoolyard Roots special is a stuffed pepper loaded with ground beef, onions, rice, salsa, beans & corn, topped with Oaxaca cheese & served over a chile sauce made with pasilla & árbol chiles, tomatillos, cilantro, garlic & onion. It’s finished with a fresh salad of microgreens from Underground Forest, Rambo radish, lemon basil & arugula tossed in lime vinaigrette.

Come try it at Central Mesa now through October 4 & eat local for a pretty great reason: A Moveable Feast celebrates Tuscaloosa’s local food community while supporting Schoolyard Roots & its work with school gardens🌿❤️ See you soon!
