Hello Ladies

Wednesday February 8th 2012 we will be exploring the French cuisine which includes:


Appetizer: Black olive and Fig Tapenade served with Baguette Costini and Ham and Cheese filled Crepes

Entrees: (all served with Ratatouille)

Sea Scallops with fresh Ginger Sauce served with Spring Green Bean Salad and Boulanger Potatoes

and Daube of Beef served with a Spring Green Bean Salad Boulangere Potatoes and Garlic Green Beans

Dessert: Poires au Vin ( Pears in red wine)

We had a great Jamaican meal last night with cabbage salad, fresh rolls, jerk chicken, marinated beef skewers, shrimp curry, red beans & rice and pineapple upside down cake. Join us next month. There is talk about trying some German food.
