Hello and thanks for visiting my page we welcome everyone to come and try our smoked bbq. We smoke everything with a 100% almond wood and use only prime meats to give u that authentic taste. Prime beef Tri-Tip, st louise style pork ribs, chicken breast, coleslaw, pasta salad,macaroni salad and chilli beans. Our ribs are smoked for 4 to 5 hrs and our tri tip 2 to 3 hrs. I cut and trim all the meats my self to insure maximum tenderness and flavor, I have learned from watching Pit masters bbq from all over to create my own style bbq.
