Over the next few days, you’re going to meet the people who make this place run. We’re kicking off a Meet Our Leadership Team series, because we genuinely could not do what we do without a single person on this team ♥️
First up, meet Leiah! Leiah is our Executive Director of People & Culture. Her whole job is making sure our team and our guests feel taken care of while they’re here. She moved all the way from Florida to join us, after 4+ years of uniquely serving Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country!
She cares deeply about people, she’s passionate about our team and their growth, and she brings a whole lot of fun with her 🎉
When she’s not at our restaurant, you’ll find her at the gym powerlifting or spending time with her family — especially her nieces and nephew who she adores 🥹
