✨3 Years of Serving with Heart ✨

Tonight, we are excited to shine the spotlight on someone who brings kindness, encouragement, and a genuine heart for serving others to our team, Emily Ham! This Sunday, October 11, marks 3 years since Emily became part of our Chick-fil-A Thompson Square family! For Emily, working at Chick-fil-A has been about so much more than serving delicious food. It has been an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, encourage others, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around her. One of Emily's favorite parts of working here is the people she has met along the way. From forming friendships with coworkers to encouraging our high school and college team members, she genuinely enjoys getting to know others and making them feel valued. She also has a special place in her heart for our regular guests and loves the relationships she has built with them over the years.

When asked how Chick-fil-A has helped prepare her for the future, Emily shared something that beautifully reflects her heart: "Working at Chick-fil-A has reinforced and instilled in me a greater love and passion for serving others! My desire in life is to be a light and to love others like Jesus. Chick-fil-A gives me an opportunity to seek to do that every day!" Outside of work, Emily has quite the adventurous side! She has been skydiving, hang gliding, ridden an elephant, and even swam in the Indian Ocean! She also recently participated in her very first 5K, the Just Jesus 5K, helping support a mission that provides Bibles to those who do not have one.

Emily, thank you for three wonderful years of dedication, kindness, and service! Your heart for others and the relationships you have built with our guests and team members are a beautiful example of what makes Chick-fil-A Thompson Square special. We are grateful to have you as part of our family and look forward to celebrating many more memories together! Help us congratulate Emily on her upcoming 3-year anniversary!👇🎉

All of our cookies sales are donated to Parkgate Pregnancy Clinic. We appreciate everyone that helps support them with their efforts to give back to those in our community.

A Decade of Dedication🎉

Samuel has been part of the Chick-fil-A Thompson Square family since the summer of 2015, and over the years, he has grown right alongside our team. When asked what he loves most about working here, Samuel said it’s the people he has come to know as friends and family. His favorite role is working in office administration, where he enjoys the responsibility and trust that come with helping support our day-to-day operations.

Some of Samuel’s favorite memories include the busy summer of 2016 and our grand reopening on May 4, 2017. He says those experiences taught him a lot about hard work, dedication, and the value of being part of a strong team. Samuel also loves connecting with our guests. One of his favorite things about serving is the opportunity to meet different people, hear their stories, and learn something new from each interaction.

Outside of work, Samuel enjoys video games, history, geography, theology, spending time with family, and hanging out with his cat, Thurman. One of his biggest dreams is to travel the world, especially the Mediterranean region, and one day stand beside the Great Pyramid of Giza. We are thankful for the many years Samuel has spent serving our team and our guests. Be sure to say hello the next time you see him!

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who courageously served, and the families and communities forever impacted by that day.

We are grateful for the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who showed incredible courage, strength, and compassion. May we never forget the lives, the sacrifice, and the unity that followed.

✨Our Team. His Story✨

Some of the best parts of Chick-fil-A Thompson Square are the people who make our restaurant feel welcoming each day. Noah joined our team in August 2025 and recently celebrated one year with us as a Front of House team member! When asked what he loves most about working here, Noah shared that it’s the friendships he’s made and the opportunity to create new memories every day. One of Noah’s favorite memories is especially meaningful. While working outside taking guest ordres, late one evening, he had the opportunity to stop and pray with a guest who was going through a difficult time. It’s moments like these that remind us serving our community can go far beyond taking an order or handing out a meal.

Noah says one of his favorite parts of serving our guests is seeing the smiles and happy faces in the drive-thru when he takes an order or hands a guest their food.
Outside of Chick-fil-A, Noah is an active member of the Pontotoc 4-H Club and has proudly served on the Pontotoc City Youth Leadership Council. He also enjoys backpacking! Looking ahead, Noah plans to become a veterinarian. He says his time at Chick-fil-A has helped him strengthen his customer service skills and learn how systems can be improved to better serve others.

We’re thankful to have Noah as part of our Chick-fil-A Thompson Square family and excited to see where his future takes him! Next time you see Noah serving in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant, be sure to say hello👋.
