Hey yall! So sorry we didn't post! As I mentioned last week, we are closed this week! Our friends with Foodsmith are having some private dinners in the lot
Busy times in Bleu Collar Land! The Food Truck is going on another little break. I knowwww! Im sorry!!
Bleu Collar Sandwich Co has been very busy and I am also very busy behind the scenes with Bleu Collar Bake House. We absolutely love serving yall on the truck, but as you can imagine, doing Lunch service, dinner service at Toasties and opening a restaurant is a lot and we care a lot about quality.....We have to take breaks so that everything gets the love it deserves.
If you dont already follow our brick and mortar concepts, please do and we'll keep yall up on everything.

Steakhouse Burger- 2 Smash Patties with A1 Steak Sauce, Caramelized Onions, Lobster Boursin and Fried Shallots on our Bleu Collar Bun
Yall can text orders ahead to 662 297 4393 up until 5...after that, we will try to keep an eye on the phone while we cook and serve. WE WILL CONFIRM WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
Yall please understand that it is hot and we are most focused on the quality of the food we are preparing. We love to help out and take text orders, but the food comes first, so if we dont get to the phone, its not because we dont want to take your orders. Please be patient and if we can't get your pre order, dont let it stop you from coming and getting something delicious 💙
