We made Maple Bacon Blueberry Bagels with some beautiful Blueberries we snagged at The Pontotoc Farmers Market, House Cured and Wood Smoked Bacon, Jameson Orange Dijon Mustard, Farm Eggs and Pepper Jack.

Shakshouka may be one of my favorite breakfast dishes and any sort of pizza situation is always a win. This baby rings both bells!
Persian Barbari Flatbread with Whipped Feta, Aleppo and Roasted Pepper Tomato Sausage with Beef Kefta stirred in, Poached Egg, a lil salad of Native Son Cherry Tomatoes, Onion, Basil and Cucumber with Roasted Shish*tos and Harrissa Cured Egg Yolk

They way I have STRUGGLED to not share pictures of this dish this last week! Well Im back and im so excited to share what Ive been up to!!!
Brunch this Saturday at The Lot is gonna be AH-MAZING
THE CROI-NCH Wrap is Nostalgia and Skill combined.....I whipped masa into the butter block of this croissant then wrapped it around a Tostada, then piled it up with refried black beans, house made CHORIZO, scrambled eggs, corn Pico, Avocado and Queso Fresco.....and YES. Its incredible
In the meantime, come see me at the sandwich shop! We'll see you Saturday!

We've had BRUNCH on the brain for a while now, so instead of Thursday this week, we're opening SATURDAY!!! 10-1 📍104 N. Liberty in Pontotoc
AND! Its gonna be a party yall! Sahara's Sinful Sweets will be out with her awesome desserts and Carmella's Cocktails & Co will be out with non alcoholic Brunchy Drinks!!
