What a strange trip it's been... and what a week. Opened for the first time with liquor availability, and for the first time, I really started to get back in my groove... find my rhythm, so to speak... in quite awhile. It's been nearly a year since I stood behind that grill, somewhat on my own, and to do that on Sundays, will be a treat. That being said, y'all should start expecting special treats on Wednesday nights, when I think we'll start our weekly guitar jam.

So watch this space for more on that.

On to my thanks:

To every person I got a chance to speak with this week, thank you. I had some good conversation, found a few mushroom providers, and had some revelations. Saw some faces I hadn't seen in a while, and it's nice to know y'all are still out there.

This week's heroes are going to have to be Matt, Derrick and Kaleb! They got this stuff down and have been waiting for me to catch up. I got you.

FOH staff rocked it hard through Friday and Saturday! Other days as well, of course, but I didn't get to step out of the kitchen much, so I assume they kept everyone happy.

To anyone who came out, dined, drank, conversed, and just, in general, brought joy to our space. It's truly an honor to have you there. Thank you.
