Thursday Take Away!!! For your orders just txt them to 360.704.9232. This week we are featuring delicious fresh Salmon! It’s supposed to be a beautiful day on Thursday so let’s have a delicious lighter style meal!
Fresh Salmon baked and topped with our Rosemary Orange Glaze or Baked Salmon topped with our Lemon Artichoke Mix or our Cedar Plank Salmon topped with a Blackberry Gastrique. These are all delicious with great flavor profiles. Served with vegetables and potatoes for a full meal.
For a light dessert we are offering our Homemade Lemon Bars which go great with the Salmon. The salad special this week is our Caesar Salad. Chef is also making a pot of his famous Roasted Garlic Mushroom Soup! Please have orders in by 1:00PM on Thursday. Thursday Take Away!!!!! Back to one of our French Favorites!! Beef Bourguignon. This classic French Recipe is straight from Jean-Pierre’s Momma Giselle! Tender Beef, Mushrooms, Carrots, Onions and fresh Herbs all in a flavorful and delicious Red Wine Sauce. We are serving this up with our homemade Mashed Potatoes for only $38 plus tax. Getting ready for our Christmas take away menu! We are offering our Heat & Serve entree menu including so many favorites!! Beef Wellingtons with Filet Mignon. Our Salmon En Croute with Dungeness Crab, Boursin Cheese and Mushrooms and our French Coq Au Vin and many more! Look for the menu later today. Pick up with be Tuesday December 23 and Wednesday December 24!
