out today and the perfect day of the week for BBQ! Pitmaster Calvin has our custom made Smoker stoked and full of beautiful Pork Butts, Ribs and Chicken! Thursday Night Take Away!! We are doing some amazing Pork dishes this week!! Jean-Pierre’s “The Kitchen” Food Truck will also be out and about this Thursday as well! You can find Chef Calvin and Chef Sterling at The Invite Community Festival on North Street here in Tumwater from 5:00-7:30. They are serving up a few fan favorites with the number one seller this week at “The Kitchen” of our Alder Wood Smoked Mac & Cheese topped off with the Pit-masters (Sterling & Calvin) Smoked Pulled Pork!!!
