Andolini's Sliced is a local business run by two brothers, Mike and Jim Bausch. Mike and Jim grew up in Jersey and spent time on the West Coast, too, and bring the full range of great pizza and Italian cuisine to their restaurants in the Tulsa metro. That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.

🍺 Beer: Dead Armadillo Speckled Sow 5% ABV
🍕 Pizza: Carbonara Pizza (Alfredo base, egg, pancetta, pepper and Pecorino)

Speckled Sow from was inspired by their brewer’s favorite Wisconsin Cream Ale. Crafted for balance and drinkability, it has a light malt profile, gentle sweetness and a clean finish that makes it an approachable pint perfect for the Oklahoma summer.

Coming in at 5% ABV and 12 IBUs, it’s a crisp ale that pairs perfectly with our Carbonara Pizza.

This week we’re bringing in Itty Bitty Banana Committee, a new Banana Runts Sour Ale from Prairie that they’ve only tested once in their taproom. It went so well that they’re letting us get in on the first round of this beer, so you won’t find it in many places, and especially not paired with a Bananas Foster pizza slice.

The beer was inspired by childhood memories of candy and summer days, with sweet, candy-like banana notes balanced by bright acidity. It’s nostalgic, fun, and refreshing for the summer.

Getting to try a brand-new Prairie beer on its first run and pair it with a Bananas Foster slice? That’s our why.

Layered with soft melon character and bright citrus, the Marshall Roman is our owners' favorite beer and is brewed exclusively for us by Marshall Brewing. It's become a staple in our stores, so we thought we'd have a little fun by taking a favorite and turning it into something different. The result is the Beericano, an interesting cocktail that's worth a try.
