Our sincere apologies folks, but we will be closed tomorrow May 15th. We had an equipment failure that must be rectified before Monday.

Unfortunately the equipment suppliers are closed on the weekend so we need to take Friday to perform the work.

What is a Hand Cake, you ask? It’s cake made for eating with your hands 😜

If you caught yesterday’s post, we mentioned our new Magic City Hand Cakes. Some of our regulars have been in on the secret for a while because we shared samples during the testing process — and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive!

When we decided to start making our desserts in-house instead of outsourcing them, we wanted to create something that truly fit the Magic City Cafe vibe: gourmet, convenient, and perfect for grab & go.

That’s how the Hand Cake was born — all the flavor of a decadent cake, but easy to enjoy on the move without the mess.
The response so far has been incredible! ❤
