Meet the Owners: Frank & Susana 🤍
Behind Ledgers Food Truck Court & Camina Crepe Co. are Frank and Susana. A husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for serving others, building community, and creating something meaningful together.
Frank has proudly served our country for more than 25 years, bringing the same dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence into everything he does. He has always enjoyed owning and building businesses, and creating Ledgers and Camina has been a particularly special project for the two of them.
And then there’s Susana, who has always had a heart for feeding people. To her, food is about so much more than simply filling a plate... it’s about connection, comfort, and bringing a little joy to someone’s day. She believes a good meal or even a simple snack has a way of feeding the soul, creating moments of happiness, and making an ordinary day a little better. That love for caring for others is woven into the heart of what she hopes to create at Camina.
Together, Frank and Susana have poured their hearts into creating a welcoming, family-friendly destination in the Rose District where people can gather, enjoy great food, and make lasting memories.
