We are still baking up a storm! Life has had so many amazing updates so we have been limiting the amount of orders we accept! But here are a few updates!

1. We are now located in Tulsa, Oklahoma!
2. We are currently expecting a new additional to the family!
3. We will be on maternity leave from August 1st to October 15th!

However while we are on leave we will be working on a revamp of our brand as well as a relaunch to officially announce our new location !

We thank you for all the love and support as we continue to grow and expand!

Good morning!

I would like to start by saying thank you all who shared, bought and sent any and all words of encouragement over the past 4 days !

For those unaware Bradleys Bakery was supposed to attend the Charleston Beer Festival! Unfortunately the day before the event we were told we could not set up do to needing a Special fire permit, even though we are a tent set up and would not be preparing food onsite.

Being a single mom and small business owner isn’t for the weak and we definitely took a hit this past weekend!

Yall truly showed up and showed out and even thought I took what some may consider a major loss, I gained so much more in love, gratitude and appreciation for everyone who helped me theses passed few days from donations to locations to purchases made! I made back more then half of what I invested and I could be any more 🥹 thankful ❤️‍🩹!

That being said I decided to take a chance and apply for a baking competition! I hope to gain your votes/support and let’s take this to the next level !

Our goal is to be there by 3pm, but at the latest we will be there by 4pm to closing!

Unfortunately, it looks like Bradley‘s bakery will not be participating in the Charleston beer festival.

We received an email stating that we will not be able to participate in the festival due to a special mobile vendor permit that is required within North Charleston.

We’ve done multiple pop-ups and participated in multiple major events within the North Charleston area throughout the years and I have never needed a mobile vendor permit due to my understanding my set up being a tent and not a food truck.

So it really sucks to find out that after you’ve invested thousands of dollars ( vendors fees, ingredients, pap goods etc) into an event that you will not be able to participate the day BEFORE the event!

I basically have tons of baked goods/product that I have to sell.

As a single mom, this really took a toll on my small business. Mentally and emotionally I am exhausted…

We are still looking for a place to set up tomorrow but prayerfully in the morning I will post a bake sale and hopefully make back a portion of what was invested..

Being an entrepreneur isn’t for the weak ❤️‍🩹
