The main ingredient in our artisan handcrafted small batch Gelato is the farm fresh milk we purchase weekly from and Casey Family Dairy🥛🐄🐮
Fresh Non-Homogenized Milk‼️You know, the milk like our Grandparents purchased with the cream at the top separated from the milk 😋 and you have to shake the milk to mix in the heavy cream‼️
We start EVERY batch with this AWESOME DELICIOUSNESS and it is the ingredient that makes our Gelato so lusciously AMAZING‼️We follow with heavy cream, stabilizers, sugar or brown sugar, dextrose, non fat skim milk powder and whatever ingredients are needed next depending on our creation‼️Chocolate or White Chocolate, Bananas, Strawberries, Cream Cheese, Butter, Bourbon, Coffee and on and on. We then pasteurize our own handcrafted mixture in our Italian Cattabriga MultiChef. Where, after pasteurization it cools and freezes, and ta-da, the best gelato you’ll ever have.‼️ We’re not finished there! Next we fold in amazing fresh products that even more enhance our gelato, like pecans, hazelnuts, strawberries, raspberries, Stracciatella, our house, brownies, or house made fudge sauce or my Granny’s Caramel Sauce, the door is wide open on our creativity! And we love making your favorite flavor!
