We are completely obsessed with barbecue and are constantly tinkering our process to take our bbq program to the next level. Ordering our BBQ Platter is a great to see what we’ve been up to lately. It comes with pickle brined smoked chicken, smokey mac n cheese and kale brussels slaw. But we recommend adding our fresh smoked brisket and fried pork belly to turn it into a feast.

Originally, we wanted to open our restaurant on the Tualatin river in downtown, or in the new Nyberg Rivers shopping area. But then we stumbled upon our current location. The landlord had already planted beautiful landscaping and the property had plenty of parking. So we took a chance by building a bespoke restaurant in the middle of an industrial area. We’re glad you all embraced us and it’s worked out 💚🤠🙏

It is a labor of love making our own flour tortillas, running a smoked meat program, smoking veggies for salsas, grinding brisket for burgers, breaking down watermelons for margaritas, and cleaning it all up when service is over.

We put in all this work because we love it and we are proud to serve 🫡
