It is a labor of love making our own flour tortillas, running a smoked meat program, smoking veggies for salsas, grinding brisket for burgers, breaking down watermelons for margaritas, and cleaning it all up when service is over.

We’re bringing back our pork belly ribs for Father’s Day! They are butchered, brined, and air drying as we speak. Can’t wait to get them in the smoker 😊

We’ll also be serving a few other specials like Smoked Bean Dip with gigante beans, bacon, pork belly, prairie breeze cheddar and hatch chile salsa. Plus a California Burrito with smoked brisket, chile fries, queso ahumado, guac, pico and smoked crema.

Pair these specials with an old fashioned and you’ve got yourself a fantastic Father’s Day.

We’ve always been obsessed with panuchos but had never attempted to make them until this Cinco de Mayo. Luckily, Chef Gabbie is back and she absolutely nailed her first panucho.

On special for Cinco through Mother’s Day, we’re serving panuchos with smoked cochinita pibil + a few special cocktails like the mezcal frida with tamarind, ancho reyes, and lime.
