Vejar’s Mexican Restaurant is honored to be a local landmark around here. Our recipes haven’t changed in over 45 years, which means much of the community’s been raised on Vejar’s rice and beans, and that’s something to be proud of. Nothing makes us happier than bringing friends and family together to enjoy our authentic comfort food favorites. Any time you’re craving chili verde, enchiladas, or chile rellenos, we’ll have your fix, and we’ll serve it up in an atmosphere as welcoming and friendly as Tulare itself.
