If you didn't know J&T Paletas started as a way to fund our food truck build. Wild West Waffle Co. We have been open for about 5 weeks and it been amazing with all you supporters. J&T Paletas will be back this summer and in the future with our own brand of Paletas. Until then, We Thank you, We ❤️ Tucson.

FYI, J&T Paletas was created as a way to fund our Waffle Truck build. Our build is complete. As we try to move forward with our truck. we feel that were abandoning our followers who supported J&T Paletas. We were torn between changing our waffle truck into a J&T ice cream truck. Since we serve Ice cream on the Wild West Waffle Co. Truck we decided to merge. Look for us on the streets of Tucson
