From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up this week and celebrating our 34th birthday with us. Seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming new ones has truly humbled us.

Your love, loyalty, and support mean more than words can express. Independent restaurants are built one guest at a time, and because of you, we’re still here doing what we love after 34 wonderful years.

What an incredible milestone and what a privilege it has been to serve the Tucson community for the past 34 years.

🌈☀️It hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. There have been many challenges along the way, but through every season, you have stood by our side and supported us. For that, we are endlessly grateful. 🥹 THANK YOU 🙏

🇫🇷❤️ These two lovely ladies reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

They chose to spend Bastille Day celebrating with us at Ghinis, and seeing smiles like these reminds us why we’ve had the privilege of serving Tucson for 34 years. We hope to have the honor of serving you for many more.

Tomorrow July 16th, Ghinis celebrates our 34th birthday. 🎉 What an incredible honor it has been to be part of this amazing community for so many years. We’ve watched families grow, celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, welcomed first dates that became marriages, and have had the privilege of serving generations of Tucsonans. For that, we are forever grateful🙏

The truth is, we independent restaurants across America are facing one of the toughest business climates we’ve ever experienced. Nationally, restaurants continue to battle rising food costs, higher labor costs, increased operating expenses, and fewer people dining out. Yet every day, locally owned restaurants show up with passion, resilience, and hope.

Truthfully… it’s scary.

We know everyone is watching their budget. We are too.

When you choose to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffee, happy hour, or dinner at a locally owned restaurant, you’re doing so much more than buying a meal. You’re supporting local jobs, local families, local farmers and vendors, and helping preserve the unique places that are the foundation of our communities.

Today is the best day ever—we’re celebrating all things French, **and France takes on Spain in the World Cup semifinal at 12:00 PM! 🇫🇷⚽ Allez Les Bleus!🙌

What better way to spend Bastille Day?
Join us at Ghinis French Caffe and enjoy our special Bastille Day Prix Fixe Menu, served from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
We also have: sweet & savory buttery crêpes, Eggs Provençal, to our classic Croque Madame, rich French Onion Soup, creamy baked French Brie, tender Escargots à la Bourguignonne, beautiful French salads, and mouthwatering pasta dishes, freshly baked French bread, cakes, and pastries there’s something delicious for everyone.
