Hope everybody stays safe this weekend.

Well. The kitchen and hallway and office are all done and cleaned. We are cooking some great fresh beef for tomorrow. We are doing some prepping, stocking, cooking, all so we can open tomorrow for Meatball Monday. Please give us a holler because we haven’t talked to anybody in a week. Hahahahaha. Big shout out to Roy Hawkins at DRI restoration. He sent his crew in and cleaned this place like no other. He saved the day for us. If it wasn’t for him we would have been closed a few more days.

Meatball Mondays like always. 8 bucks over a half of pound of meatball, our special red sauce, 2 huge slices of provolone cheese, and a daily baked fresh baguette.

Well. Still closed at the Thornydale location. They are doing the tile today in the kitchen. Hopefully can get the tile done today so we can get cleaning and maybe open on Monday. They have had some setbacks. But almost always do when there is construction. Can’t see under the building I guess.

1/2 of the Tile pulled up. Wall down. New look. New Paint. New tile. New equipment getting delivered this week hopefully.

Funny how this turned out. As soon as I made the post I got a call that said that half of the new equipment was waiting to be delivered.

Boom. #1/2ofnewstuffisdelivered

Currently selecting new tile for the dining area. Shall we share the tile color with you or keep it a secret until opening ?
