This is NOT a drill - citrus season has begun, earlier than expected!! 🍋🍋

From our neighbors at Desert Treasures, we have all the citrus magic including some rare finds like…

💛 Limequats! This hybrid is a cross between key limes & kumquats. With edible skin and a tart punch of flavor, these are rare finds and can be used in a number of ways! We might try candying some 👀
💚 Melogold grapefruits - this cross of a pomelo & a grapefruit is less bitter than a grapefruit with a thinner skin than a pomelo- best of both worlds!
💛 Key Limes - yes, these ones are yellow, which means they’re ripe!
💚 Kaffir Limes - also known as makrut limes, these thick-skinned & bitter fruits are often used in Southeast Asian cuisines. These are often pickled or dried, and the zest is great for cooking!

We have limited amounts, so stop in soon to catch the citrus rush! All of these products were grown IN Tucson, by Desert Treasures citrus. Gotta love that local bounty 💛🍋

Hope you’re getting ready for our Halloween Block Party this Saturday! Find cool events all over Fourth, including craft classes at Tucson Creative Re Use & spooky storytime at Antigone Books!

At the co-op, starting at 11:30am we’ll have fun for all ages with free face painting, crafts, games, and chair massages by Leslie Gatineau! Plus our neighbors at Aquamarine Daydream, Pop Cycle, and Tiny Town will have their own fun treats to share!

It’s officially turkey season! 🦃🦃

We have frozen turkeys from Ferndale Market & Diestel Ranch, starting at $2.99/lb. All our turkeys are free range, humanely raised, and non-gmo, with organic options as well.

No reservations required, so shop soon if you have a specific size or type in mind. We can help you find your perfect bird, so feel free to ask!

Fresh turkeys will arrive the week before thanksgiving, so stay tuned 👀🦃
