Now in stock. Underberg is a German herbal digestif (bitters) made from a blend of herbs from 43 countries, aged in oak casks. It's traditionally served neat, at room temperature, in its distinctive small 20ml bottle wrapped in straw-colored paper — usually enjoyed after a meal to aid digestion. It has a strong, bitter, aromatic flavor and around 44% ABV.
