The Tamago Sando. So simple yet so complex. This is the sando that started it all and sparked something in me. For egg salad lovers its a given, and for non egg salad lovers...it might just be your new favorite. Its just that kind of sando.

We've been through so many different recipes and have tweaked so many times. Now I finally believe ive arrived at our best version with the best milk bread we've ever offered (for now)
