I feel the need to say and mention more and more…WE ARE A FROM SCRATCH DELI! we bake our bread, source local produce. All our beef is local from Vera Earl Premium Beef brined corned beef and pastrami in house, bagels done in house (VEGAN)

I’m speaking because I worry that many people will refrain from eating out. Before making that decision, ask local restaurants how serious they take their food health procedures and requirements to make sure you do not get sick and our sourced ingredients are safe to eat. This is just more proof and one more push for us to eat local, buy local and shop local. What more of sign do we need? Our power is where we spend our money and how. If able, local is the safest and healthiest way to keep our community safe, strong and thriving. With love, enjoy

Yes. The rumors are true. We are now serving our own Kneller’s bagels! Everyday until sold out. 1/2 dozen, full dozen, or a bagel sandwich. Rotating flavors daily. Boiled and baked the right way.

We are now a completely from scratch deli. We couldn’t be more excited and more proud to say it.

Thank you Anna :) for leading/training our crew and dialing in this program. You did it again.

Thank you Bubbe’s Bagels for providiBubbe’s Bagels best bagels in the beginning. You are a big part of our story and we’re grateful for your partnership. We are now ready to take the leap and fly with our own bagels.

Deli flea market is back! With even more vendors this time around! Come grab some food, a drink and thrift/craft your heart out. We’ll have vintage clothes sold by mariliathrifts. INCREDIBLE sweets by alexis arianna (they sell out quick). Get any material of clothing custom embroidered by Ocean And Sun Co LLC (custom Kneller’s hat 👀) and more!!!

Meet Todd Todd William Laurer Jr

He’s been a deli boy since before opening. This guy puts out phenomenal food consistently day after day cause he cares about our mission. Nurturing the soul and serving a damn near perfect sandwich. We are all growing everyday but I gotta shout him out for making some leaps this last year. Proud of you. Proud to be working by your side and to have you as a friend. Todd is now sous chef for Kneller’s!!! We trust he makes it happen no matter what the circumstances are. Chef life. Everyone clap ya hands! Cause you in good hands. Cheers to another incredible year! Local local local local local local. This is the way. It’s how we thrive. It’s how we avoid untrusted sources. It is hard to sustain. It’s not easy. We are not 💯 percent local but we are transparent and damn near close to it.

Here is a dish made from many local hands, vegetables, and memories.
