All guests must be 21 years of age and proof of age is required for entrance. We accept current state driver's licenses and identification cards, military identification, passports and passport cards. In order to be accepted, all identification must be legible, unaltered and for the person providing it. We do not accept temporary "paper" identification for admittance. The business reserves the right to reject any identification that does not meet these criteria. The Shanty asks that all guests comply with its dress code, which includes the following: no tank tops or tube tops, no gang attire, no jerseys and no offensive or inappropriate t-shirts. Overly suggestive or inappropriate clothing on women will also not be allowed. All guests must remain properly attired at all times.

It's that time of year again!

We would like to thank all of our loyal customers for their patronage and support throughout the year. We will be having our annual Customer Appreciation Party on Thursday, December 15th, starting at 5:00 p.m. Enjoy holiday snacks, great beers and lots of fellowship.

As always, we will be accepting canned goods and other materials to help those in need during the winter season and donating them to the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.

We wish all of the moms a wonderful day of fun and relaxation with their families.

The Shanty is look for experienced and enthusiastic bartenders and servers. Come and work in a time-tested environment with an extensive beer selection and a relaxing patio. Our clientele is both dynamic and well-cersed in our favorite brews.

On April 18th, Tucson developer and trailblazer in the world of sustainable building John Wesley Miller passed away. Throughout his life and career, he bacame a major contributor to the Tucson landscape and championed advancements in construction both locally and across the Southwest.

We were honored to host a memorial and celebration of his accomplishments here at The Shanty recently. Many notable members of the local community were in attendance and shared their thoughts and memories of this admirable member of the Old Pueblo's legacy. We thank everyone that helped to make that wonderful evening a success.
