Good evening!!

We have been busy!! Or shall I say, my Chief Engineer aka hubby has been busy with more upgrades to Carmen.

He designed a better way to protect and secure the equipment during travel. It looks pretty and it doesn't hurt my heart to see the straps all around the equipment anymore. LOL

The generator is mounted and the espresso machines have been raised and secured. They should drain better now, too. Yay!!!

We are now ready to Rock N Roll this weekend at the Medella Vina Ranch Vintage Flea Market! I think our 1970 Bell Coach will fit in just fine!! Hope to see you there!!!

My hubby is definitely a GEM of a man!! Not only did he rebuild the 1970's Bell Coach but he solved our electrical issue by upgrading us to a 50 Amp! 💪

I had the task to test it today. We must be able to operate using both espresso machines, drip brewer, both grinders, puqpresses, fridges, and the AC...ALL AT THE SAME TIME! SUCCESS!!!!!!

I turned everything on at the same time, and brewed drip coffee, too. Nothing caused us to lose power. The generator never bogged down, either.

Thank you, Babe Christopher Rosco Rasco for being my very smarty pants hubby who wants me to have the most efficient mobile coffee bar out there!

Carmen is definitely beautiful, classy, efficient, and strong! 💃💪
