Kimchi! Made and fermented in house with lots of love. This korean staple is a super food - low in fat and a natural probiotic food. It is high lactic acid producing bacteria (also found in yogurt) to help maintain gut health. Kimchi has a very complex taste. It can be sour, sweet, crunchy, and spicy. There are many types of kimchi but the most common one is the baechu (cabbage) kimchi. We serve kimchi with every meal. Come try it today!
