Sylvia will soon become a reality located in the part of Tucson right next to the brand new Tucson mall will be a beautiful 125 seat Italian trotter due to great ground in January 2026 and open the doors in September 2026. Chef Keller has teamed up with Steve Nannini of Tucson. Steve Nannini and his family open many years ago Tucson national golf course amongst other properties. The attention to detail that Keller has for his creative food teamed with Steve Nannini and his expertise in building a beautiful space is going to be a unique dining experience one of the kind in Tucson. Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to the breaking ground ceremony..

OK…..It’s been 15 years since the idea of creating a new and exciting restaurant like none other in the Tucson area arrived on the door step of one of my restaurants in Vegas. If you measure time by greatness then this restaurant will be amazing. These days I won’t do things that aren’t amazing. We’ve never been closer to getting the restaurant off the ground as we are now. Stay tuned, Patience is truly a virtue.
