A frozen treat that’s here to stay : allow us to officially introduce the first of our newest cocktail additions : the “Mizore” 🍶

This cocktail features traditional Japanese Sake that we’ve cooled to a below-freezing temperature — creating a slush-like consistency — and then blended with pear puree, green tea, and finished with a dusting of dehydrated raspberry powder.

The combination of flavors here is an absolute must-try, and the fact that it melts makes it perfect for that one friend that tends to drink their drinks a little too … slow 😝

Beer-based Cheese Fondue and Crostinis paired with a Helles-Style Lager.

— Course Two
Fresh Mixed Greens and accompaniments dressed in a fruited sour based vinaigrette and paired with a Fruited Sour Beer.

Stout Braised Chicken/Beef/Tofu, Mashed Potatoes, and Asparagus, paired with an Apricot Wheat Ale.
