Texas Burrito Company has a rich history behind its creation, dating back to the 1830s when the Republic of Texas was formed. Our family is proud to be 7th generation Texans and part of the Texas culture where our heritage recipes were created. Today, Texas Burrito Company serves food that reflects our family’s long history of traditions by using a blend of post oak and mesquite wood to help capture the original flavors produced nearly 200 years ago.
