I’d love to hear from you what were your top 3 margarita flavors that you’ll never forget?

As I clean out ECG, I can’t help but feel emotional. This place holds so many memories of long days, laughter, challenges, and growth. It’s been more than just a restaurant; it’s been a piece of my heart and a chapter of my life.

To everyone who was part of this journey thank you. Whether you worked here, dined with us, or supported us in any way, your presence left a mark.

Letting go is never easy, but I leave with gratitude, pride, and hope for what’s ahead.

Wow—can you believe yesterday was our last day at ECG? We’re feeling all the emotions and couldn’t help but stick around after closing, order some pizza, and reminisce about the amazing moments we’ve shared. Honestly, we didn’t want the night to end. It wasn’t until almost 1am that we finally said goodbye to so many beautiful souls who have been a part of our ECG family.

If you have any fun photos or videos—whether it’s funny moments, proud milestones, or random team shenanigans—we’d love for you to share them with us. Let’s keep the memories alive and celebrate everything we built together.

Goodbyes are never easy…

As we enter our final week at El Chinito Gordo, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us over the past five years.

To say thank you, we’ll be giving away a limited number of ECG t-shirts as a small token of appreciation. Each day, our team will select 5–10 loyal customers to receive a shirt. The remaining shirts will be gifted on our last day of business — Saturday, May 24, 2025.

Thank you for being part of this journey. The memories we’ve made together mean the world to us, and we’ll forever be grateful for the love and support from our Tucson community.
