I know this IG isn't ias shiny as some on your feeds but the article highlights the real parts of the business that no one talks about. Nobody ever buys my food and says, " hey nice equiment. Some people do but not often This is why it's important to have the best equipment like quiet run generators and have the best built and maintained units in Tucson, AZ. Because our mobile food community is so large, you must stand out or touch on all aspects. That's I why we tear the cart down once a year and reweld it all back together again from the frame up. Aside from our amazing food (says you), we have do a lot to ensure everything stays new or is replaced regularly. A lot of places neglect many aspects of this business aside from cuisine. See you soon with a new electrical system, a funky DBA, and a rested back. Dont forget to drink locally.
