Are you a people person who loves good food, cold drinks, and great company? We’re looking for a Bar Manager who can jump right in and take charge at our laid-back small-town bar and grill.
Our place is all about friendly faces, casual vibes, and great service — the kind of spot where locals gather, and everyone feels at home. We’re looking for someone who can keep that atmosphere alive while bringing energy, organization, and leadership to the team.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily bar and floor operations
- Lead and motivate a fun, close-knit staff
- Manage inventory
- Ensure a welcoming environment for guests
- Handle opening/closing duties and maintain bar standards
- Bring creative ideas for events, specials, and promotions
Who You Are
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running
- Outgoing, reliable, and organized — but never uptight
- Experienced in bartending and/or bar management
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions
- Passionate about creating great experiences for customers
