Pan-seared airline breast, mushroom cream sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Can choose 2 sides between 6 choices. Simple on paper. Absolutely filthy on the plate.

And y’all absolutely wore us out tonight. Killer dinner service.

Y’all absolutely showed OUT for lunch today.

At one point, basically the entire dining room sat down at the same time while some BIG to-go orders were rolling through the kitchen too.

One server up front.
Aimee running food.
Me planted on the line trying to cook everything that had a ticket attached to it. 😂

It was straight controlled chaos.

A few tickets ran a little longer than we normally like, so if you waited an extra few minutes, THANK YOU for being patient with us. We were cooking as fast as humanly possible and that dining room was MOVING.

And the best part?

We handled it.

So if you missed us today, tomorrow’s your shot. Come grab one of this week’s plates while they’re rolling, and get in here before somebody else beats you to the table.

Thank y’all for absolutely kicking our ass at lunch today.

As yall see the parking lot is finally dry. Apparently there’s been a water leak under the concrete for a longtime that was found and repaired over the weekend. Up next is the potholes. So…. Yall happen to have a contact with a quote to have these repaired? Seeing if it’s feasible at the moment🤔 We are back open tomorrow with a new menu. Cant wait to see yall again.

NEW WEEK. NEW MENUS. REDEMPTION IS BACK MONDAY.

We had ourselves a little unscheduled pit stop this weekend, but Monday morning the lights are back on, the kitchen is hot, and we’re getting right back to what we do best.

September 14th through 19th.

Lunch is bringing the comfort:

Greek Chicken Breast
Grilled Pork Chop
Hand-Battered Fried Cod
The Trashy Lady
Smoked Chicken Tacos
Jasmine’s Jazzy Fries
OG Bacon Cheeseburger
Oak-Smoked Wings

Then dinner gets a little more disrespectful:

Baked Spaghetti loaded with meat sauce and cheese
Chicken Piccata with lemon butter and capers
Mushroom Cream Airline Chicken
12 oz Ribeye with Cowboy Butter
The Salty Brooke
FAFO Poboy
And all the fried appetizers you already know you shouldn’t order but absolutely will.

Same little 10-table dining room. Same scratch-made food. Same people in the kitchen refusing to act normal.

Well, the restaurant gods decided we needed one more curveball this week. 🤦‍♂️

Unfortunately, we’ve had an equipment issue come up that’s going to require some repairs before we can safely get back to cooking.

Because of that, Redemption will be CLOSED for the remainder of the weekend.

We hate having to do it, especially on a Saturday, but we’d rather get it handled correctly than try to work around it.

We’ll be back open MONDAY and ready to roll.

We appreciate everybody understanding, and we’ll see y’all then. ❤️

Quick dinner clarification because we’ve realized a few folks may have gotten the wrong idea.

We have a small 10-table dining room, so we do recommend reservations for dinner, especially on busier nights.

But reservations are absolutely NOT required. Walk-ins are always welcome.

If you know you’re coming and want to make sure you’ve got a table, a reservation is the safest move. If dinner plans happen last minute, come on in and we’ll get you seated as soon as we can.

We love the cozy little dining room we’ve built, but we definitely don’t want anyone thinking they have to have a reservation just to come eat with us.

Reservations recommended. Walk-ins welcomed.

Funny how the “AI pictures are bad” crowd suddenly discovered AI pictures. 😂

So we figured we’d go the opposite direction again.

No AI.
No filter.
No fake background.
No dramatic smoke rolling across the plate.
Just a delicious Mango Tuna Bowl

The actual food, in the actual kitchen, with Bryson and Sadie photobombing like they’re on payroll specifically for ruining pictures.

Trends change fast around here. We’ll just keep cooking. 😏
