Every day since we opened, you’ve raised the bar.

We leave each night thinking, “There’s no way tomorrow tops today.” Then somehow… it does.

What started as an idea built around second chances has quickly become a place where families gather, friends reconnect, and strangers become regulars. That doesn’t happen because of a building or a menu. It happens because of you.

So from everyone here at Redemption, thank you for giving us a chance. Thank you for your patience as we’ve learned, your encouragement as we’ve grown, and your support as we’ve gotten a little better every single day.

Tonight’s feature is our Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin. Tender, juicy, and served with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. It’s one more example of what we’re trying to do here: comfort food with a little creativity.

We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Redemption was built through life.

Through setbacks.
Through hard lessons.
Through starting over.
Through refusing to let the last chapter become the final chapter.

That’s why this place is called Redemption.

We believe everyone deserves another chance. Sometimes it’s in life. Sometimes it’s in business. Sometimes it’s simply finding a place that feels like home after a long week.

Every plate that leaves our kitchen is a reminder that something good can come from difficult seasons.
