I love when people get creative and bring me fun items to include in their sandwiches! This group brought Flamin' Hot Cheetos for some chopped cheese grinders. Perhaps not for everyones taste but really cool to help with the custom creation!

Being a huge fan of Live Aid, Dave's Burger Bistro will be playing the concert in celebration of it's 40th anniversary 1985/2025. Visit us this Sunday July 13th and enjoy some memorable performances from one of the most historic music festivals that has ever taken place!

Its Hot Dog Wednesday over at Dave's Burger Bistro, and today we visit another part of the country for a regional creation. The Seattle dog! Housemade hot relish and grilled onion with cream cheese make this a unique combination of spicy and cool flavors. Come try it and taste nirvana!

Delivered 80 cheeseburgers last night for the party after the big Trumbull Eagles hockey game. The graphic below was made by me to go in this years Trumbull hockey program. I love working with local sports teams and groups to help with their events.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 1/14/25, Dave's Burger Bistro will be adding a new special item. The now famous and incredibly delicious NYC classic is coming to Trumbull.... The legendary chopped cheese! It's like a Philly cheese steak sandwich, but better and more savory! At the moment these will be available tomorrow only as a Tuesday special so get in here and try one.

In celebration of the Christmas concert tonight, the Bistro will be introducing the first of many new signature items. Tonight its the mushroom swiss burger, loaded with sautéed mushrooms, onions and our house made cajun garlic aioli. Customize the burger any way you like with our other toppings to make it your own. Come enjoy this savory burger for dinner then stick around for the concert from 7-8pm!
