The fire is rolling and pork loins are on. $15 per bag. Each bag is approximately 2 pounds of smoked, sliced, and bagged pork loin. Please message us with your order specifying the number of packages you would like. We accept cash or card payments. Quantities are limited. These will be ready to go out this evening by supper time! We can discuss pick up/delivery options upon messaging.

Plans have changed due to the winds. The festivities are now at the Alta community building. We are set up in the parking lot. Come see us, along with all the other vendors!

Everything is in motion to serve up some great food tomorrow. Unlike a lot of other establishments, our prep takes days, not hours or minutes. We are excited to be a part of Alta Hometown Days and look forward to seeing everyone! It’s our understanding we will be in the lot north of city hall. Look for the blue trailer! We will be set up from 4pm-7pm.

I have been asked repeatedly about the inspiration behind the name Ten-70 Smokehouse. The code 10-70 is used by emergency personnel to respond to fire calls. As our meats are smoked using genuine hardwood fire in large offset smokers, the name was a natural fit. With this in mind, we invite you to stop by the Alta Fire Department this Sunday to show your appreciation for the individuals serving our community. We will be providing pork loins for the occasion.

Hey everyone! We just wanted to remind you of the Alta Fireman's Association appreciation meal next Sunday October 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This year it will be held at the fire station. Come by and see your favorite firefighters and all of our red shiny trucks. If you are unable to make the appreciation meal during those times, you can contact the assistant chief Dave at 712-299-4463. If he doesn't answer right away please leave a message. We will deliver it right to your door, or tractor if you're in the field! Food, Fun, and Firefighters next Sunday! Don't miss it!

We are excited to participate in Alta Hometown Days this weekend! This community has been our home for fifteen years, providing us with unwavering support as we built our food truck from the ground up. Our menu will include authentic wood-fired hickory smoked brisket and pulled pork, smokehouse beans, pasta salad, chips, and water.
