Hey beautiful souls! Are y’all ready for some BIG, toasted, pressed, absolutely delicious sandwiches served with chips and a crisp pickle spear? Well, here we come! Happy Shack LLC will be at Sips Beer Garden this Thursday and Friday, and Brandon will be ready to serve you an unforgettable lunch and dinner on Thursday, then lunch again on Friday. Our sandwiches are stacked high, pressed to perfection, and loaded with fresh, flavorful ingredients in every bite.

Come try The Scotty, piled high with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, pepper jack cheese, our homemade sweet pickled jalapeños, and creamy ranch dressing. Sink your teeth into The Bella Bama, featuring pepperoni, salami, ham, Italian dressing, and some of the freshest, creamiest mozzarella cheese around. Craving a classic? Our Happy Shack Club is loaded with chicken, bacon, ham, and your choice of cheese. And of course, The Jarime is back for those who believe more is better. It’s everything on a bun, pressed until it’s hot, melty, and downright irresistible. We will also have our delicious Kids Combo for the little ones!

💛💛💛💛💛Great news from Happy Shack LLC! We had a successful health department inspection this morning, and we are so thankful for another smooth inspection. The best part is that we no longer have to be inspected every county we visit. Winner winner chicken dinner! We will be taking a short break while I have surgery, but don’t worry, we’ll be back before you know it. Keep your eyes on our page for updates and announcements about our next pop-up. Today we celebrate the birth of the greatest nation in the world. Two hundred fifty years ago, brave men and women stood for the belief that every person is created equal and deserves the blessings of liberty. On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence marked the beginning of a nation built on faith, courage, sacrifice, and the hope of a better future. As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, we honor the generations who fought to protect our freedom, the military members who continue to defend it today, and the first responders who serve our communities every day. Their sacrifices remind us that freedom has never been free. At Happy Shack LLC, we are incredibly grateful to live in a country where small business dreams can become reality. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve our community, meet so many wonderful people, and be a small part of your family celebrations. Your support means more to us than words can express. Big news for Alabama food trucks!

A new Alabama law, SB197, officially went into effect on July 1, 2026, and it is great news for mobile food vendors like Happy Shack LLC.

Beginning January 1, 2027, food trucks will have one health inspection through the county where their commissary is located, and that inspection will be recognized across the entire state. Food trucks will also receive one fire inspection certificate that is valid for six months and accepted statewide. This means no more duplicate health and fire inspections every time we travel to a different city or county for an event.

Local governments can still require business licenses, vendor permits, and compliance with local ordinances, and officials may conduct inspections if there is a health or safety concern. This law simply makes it easier for food trucks to serve communities across Alabama without unnecessary duplicate inspections.

This is a huge step forward for small businesses and food truck owners. We are excited to continue serving our amazing customers at festivals, parades, fundraisers, and community events all across Alabama.
