Happy Thursday! We are open today, and through the rest of the week 😊 Make sure to stop in tho, because we’re closed all next week for summer break 😮 Our team will be taking some well needed rest and recharging their batteries! Well.. mostly, pretty sure Tom is running a marathon.. Let’s Go Tommy!

Wow! Happy Thursday everyone 😊 The summer is cruising by and we’ve hardly been able to say hello! There are sooo many delicious treats in the shop this week and at the markets!

In shop for lunch this week we have our beef brisket on Finnish rye with sweet pickled onions, cheddar and mustard mayo 😮 For soup we’re rolling with Corn chowder with veggies, chicken and andouille sausage 🥣 Roman Style Pan Pizzas everyday at noon! Don’t miss Pizza Wednesday every week featuring our Sourdough Rounds! Varieties rotate everyday 🍕

If we’re gonna talk sweets.. Have you had a Chocolate-Almond Bear Claw or a Salted Peanut Butter Cup Cookie? Stop in today and treat yourself 😚

Happy Thursday! We’ve missed you so much!

Our weeks have gotten so busy. Between the farmers market in Delmar on Tuesdays, the market in Troy on Saturdays, and keeping the bakery full stocked and stoked, we don’t always have a chance to get to the socials.. but we never forget you 😊

This week specials! Slow roasted beef brisket on onion brioche with crunchy slaw, baby kale and Gruyère 💣 Soup is hearty veggie with red beans and crushed tomatoes 🍅 Friday brings chicken salad on croissant 🥐 and Saturday is a bread and pastry party for the masses.
