Plump and Savory Empanadas—
We have Beef: Picadillo, Moroccan inspired beef, capers, raisins and onions; Black Bean with tangy Cheddar;
and Veggie, the newest, with fresh corn, sweet potato, onion, mushroom, carrot, and sweet red pepper. It's so scrumptious that after one bite a fellow ordered a dozen to take home for supper with his family. We can only restrain ourselves because we gobble them down them so often!

Eat them plain or as a dinner with your choice of Salad or Rice & Beans. Served with Chipotli Aioli, for those who love a little heat.

We will be serving this tomorrow, but we couldn't wait to try it! And it was delicious!! The juciest meatloaf I've ever tasted, with potato pancake and salad.

My friend Ian surprised during a photo session with his newest creation, a delicious corned beef sandwich. And when I say delicious, I really mean it— Everything he touches is tasty!

We Are Open! And still coming up with great ideas for our weekend breakfast-brunch-lunches.

Here's what Carmen and I ate yesterday, and you can have it this weekend too— an egg bowl with Ranchero Sauce (this one has a wheat shell, but we also do GF with yucca). The sides are our All American Homefries cooked in butter with onion and red pepper; plus Avocado With Tomato, w/ oil & balsamic reduction.

Top it off with one of our Mimosas, Sangrias or Homemade All-Fruit Sodas and you'll have a meal to savor and remember

Carmen's Egg Bowl! Taste treat not to be believed!

Make a bowl from a tortilla shell, then fill it with fresh veggies like sweet corn and chickpeas. Chop in sweet white onions and fresh basil. Pop in a handful of cherry tomatoes for bites of flavor, shave chunks of Asiago cheese for salty goodness, and a handful of shaved sharp cheddar for the tang. Ladle in beaten eggs, bake to perfection, then invert it on a bed of Carmen's own ranchero sauce.

Top with avocado slices, and serve up the best breakfast (or lunch) you've ever had!

Corn Omelette!! Better than ever with added scallions!
Is it weird to obsess over the minutiae of omelette ingredients? I wouldn't know, cause I do it all the time. But today we loaded our sweet corn omelettes with scallions, in addition to the tomatoes, garlic and sweet white onions and the world started singing!

(This one has added ham, but don't let that throw you off. It sings even louder!
