This week will be at a special Jarvis Square Market on Thursday evening from 5-8pm and then set up at Tri-Township Park District on July 4th for the amazing fireworks display that they always have. Look for us next to the Troy Lion's Club tent. We will be stocked with our All American pops and working on a new July 4th flavor 🍒🎆

We will have soft salted pretzels and chocolate walnut sweet pretzel bites tonight while they last. We will also have our holiday favorite All-American pop which is layers of blueberry lemonade, coconut lemon and strawberry, along with the rest of our lineup of frozen pops tonight at the 2026 Fireworks Festival tonight hosted by the City of Collinsville Parks and Recreation. Vendor fair from 4-8 pm, music starting at 6:30 pm, and fireworks around 9:15 pm outside of the Collinsville Aqua Park.

We are set up at Vine Street Market at O'Fallon Station and The Land of Goshen Community Market loaded with treats and games from Metro East Yard Dice for the long weekend. We will also be at the City of Collinsville, Illinois (Official) fireworks event tomorrow evening starting at 4pm near the Collinsville Aqua Park

It's going to be so fun! What are you waiting for?

It’s FRIDAY!!! And it’s a First Friday!

Today we will celebrate all things local- from our morning coffee at Mokka Bon to exploring Downtown all evening! Food, drinks, shopping and gathering as a community!

There are 54 businesses and organizations participating in First Fridays- and the impact of First Fridays is real, and it matters!

Downtowns revitalize, shop owners get an influx of operating capital, pop up vendors gain new customers, restaurants and bars have a day that pays the power and water bill, staff get more tips and adjacent industries benefit too, (shout out to Gateway Impressions for taking on all the last minute signs and shirts)!

So yes we are going to have an amazing evening and a heck of a party- but more than that, we will make a difference in our hometown! 🩵

So we've made an Oaks Lily inspired ice pop for our Kentucky Derby Day Celebration in Downtown Mascoutah hosted by Paper Moon, LLC and Bridgette Kelly Photography. We will also have a few of these pops on Friday night during First Fridays Downtown Troy so stop by either of these events and try one and let us know if they should remain as one of our rotations.

We have two events this coming weekend with one being a Kentucky Derby themed event in Mascoutah on Saturday so we decided to bring out a few Derby inspired treats. We don't have a name for these chocolate and walnut pretzel bites inspired from a Derby pie other than delicious! We will have a few available at First Fridays Downtown Troy and then find us in Mascoutah on Saturday at Paper Moon, LLC for their Kentucky Derby party.
