Cafe Euphoria is a transgender and gender non-conforming worker-owned and operated cafe and restaurant located in downtown Troy, NY. We feature vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian cuisine, with additional menu items to support the tastes of our community. We also offer curated thrift, host events, and serve as a co-working space all on a true 3:1 sliding scale (2:1 for merchandise). Our menu featur
