🔥 Y’ALL HAVE BEEN KEEPING US BUSY! 🔥

Man, oh man! Y’all have been absolutely pounding us with orders all week long! Every single night this week, we’ve come within just a couple of pounds of selling out! 😳🔥

And the crazy part? THE WEEK JUST KEEPS GETTING BUSIER! 🤠

We’ve got TWO large weddings to cater this week, a handful of smaller catering orders, AND we’ve still got to keep those smokers rolling and the meat coming for all of y’all showing up hungry at the restaurant!

Needless to say, Big Daddy and the crew are going to be putting in some serious hours! 😂🔥

But we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU!

From Big Daddy himself and every single member of the Big Daddy’s BBQ crew, we truly appreciate the love and support y’all continue to show us day in and day out.

We know there are plenty of places y’all could choose to eat, and the fact that you continue choosing us means more than you’ll ever know.

There’s a whole lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes, from firing up those smokers to getting everything prepped, cooked, and ready to serve. And none of it would be possible without our hardworking crew and the amazing customers who continue supporting us.

From our BBQ family to yours, THANK Y’ALL! ❤️🔥

Now, if y’all will excuse us, we’ve got a whole lot of meat to smoke! 😂🤠🔥

This is what happens when Big Daddy starts thinking and getting crazy ideas! 🤔😂

What would happen if we took our slow-smoked Texas brisket and turned it into LASAGNA?

Well, we couldn’t leave that idea alone, so we went ahead and made it!

🔥 TEXAS-STYLE SMOKED BRISKET LASAGNA! 🔥

And let me tell you… was it good? OH, HECK YES! 🤤

In fact, some of it’s already gone because we couldn’t keep our hands off it!

Sorry, not sorry! 😂🔥

Just another wild idea from Big Daddy! Sometimes these crazy ideas turn into something pretty darn good!

🔥 Reviews like this are why we do what we do.

When someone takes the time to leave a review like this, especially someone who enjoys great bbq it means more to us than they probably realize.

We work hard every single day to put out great BBQ, but it’s just as important to us that when you walk through our doors, you’re treated right and feel welcome.

I’m extremely proud of our crew. Reviews like this aren’t just about the food — they’re a reflection of the people we have working here and the effort they put in every day.

Thank you, Colby, for stopping in while you were visiting the area and for taking the time to share your experience.

We truly appreciate it. This one made our day. ❤️🔥

🎗️ A NIGHT FOR AN INCREDIBLE CAUSE 🎗️

Last night, Big Daddy’s BBQ and Bean Bliss Coffee Bar had the privilege of attending the Cattle Barons Ball in support of the American Cancer Society. ❤️

At some point in all of our lives, in one way or another, we are affected by cancer. For me, this cause is especially personal. I lost my mother to cancer when I was just 21 years old. She was only 49.

She never had the opportunity to watch her two sons get married or meet her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. That is something you never forget, and it is one of the reasons nights like this mean so much.

Whatever we can do to support cancer research, raise awareness, and help families affected by this disease is worth doing. We hope that, through continued research and support, the next parent diagnosed with cancer will have the chance to continue living, watching their children grow, and being there for the important moments in their family’s lives.

As local small businesses, we believe being part of this community means more than serving BBQ and Coffee. It means showing up, giving back, and supporting organizations that are fighting for the people and families in our community.

We were honored to spend the evening alongside so many incredible people and businesses who came together for one common purpose — supporting the American Cancer Society and continuing the fight against cancer.

A huge thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the Roanoke Cattle Baron’s Ball- American Cancer Society such a special evening, and to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, and supported this incredible cause.

We were incredibly proud to be there representing Big Daddy’s BBQ and Bean Bliss Coffee Bar. 🤠🔥☕️

For those we’ve lost. For those who are fighting. And for the hope that one day, no family has to hear the words, “You have cancer.” ❤️🎗️

🔥☕ WE’VE BEEN KEEPING A SECRET… ☕🔥

Sometimes the right opportunity comes along at just the right time — and this was one we simply couldn’t pass up.

After a lot of conversations, planning, and dreaming, Bean Bliss Coffee Bar and Big Daddy’s BBQ decided it was time to bring something completely different to the Roanoke Valley.

A place built to satisfy your cravings from breakfast through dinner.

We’re talking brisket, egg & cheese biscuits, brisket breakfast burritos, breakfast bowls, fresh pastries, muffins, craft coffee, and so much more in the morning.

Then we roll straight into Texas barbecue, bringing all your local favorites for lunch and dinner — brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, and more.

And we’re not stopping there.

🍸 Full bar
🍹 Craft cocktails
🍷 An amazing selection of wines
🥃 Bourbon

Coffee in the morning. Brisket for breakfast. Texas barbecue for lunch and dinner. And a cocktail or bourbon when the day calls for it.

So, without further ado…

🔥☕ INTRODUCING THE PERK & PIT ☕🔥

Craft Coffee • Breakfast • Texas BBQ • Full Bar

📍 Coming soon to the Tanglewood area of Roanoke!

Two local businesses. One completely new concept.

🔨 Build-out is officially underway, and we’re working toward our grand opening this December!

Hit that follow button and stay tuned for sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes updates, menu reveals, and the official opening date.

Let’s bring something different to the Roanoke food scene.

Now the important question…

Who’s ready for a brisket, egg & cheese biscuit? 👇🔥

THE PERK & PIT
☕ Where the perk meets the pit. 🔥
