Pasta has made it's way to Lolo's Fairview ✨️✨️
Cassarece Alla Vodka, our house made creamy, spicy, tomato based sauce with crumbles of spicy italian sausage from Revel Meat Co , topped with freshly grated parm and basil. MUAH! ❤️ ✨️

Pistachio Pesto Linguine, a bright an delightful house made pesto coated up on linguine and topped with our house made stracciatella cheese, and crushed up pistachios to finish it off with a little crunch ✨️ 😋

Our team has been working hard at perfecting the taste and presentation these dishes and we are so excited to share them with you.

We are slowly transition our Fairview location to elevate your dining experience and create a cozy place to enjoy good food, good w**e, and good company ❤️

Losada Pico Lìmon Olives - Named after their lemon like shape, offering a rich, piquant, and savory flavor.

Chocohigos - Spanish dried pajanero figs stuffed and coated in dark chocolate. Chewy, rich, and decadent 🩷

Cacao Sampaka Pistacho con Toque de Sal - A delicate rich dark chocolate made with Iranian pistachios and sea salt

Cacao Sampaka Ibiza Flor de Sal - A simple and rich dark chocolate made with Sea Salt

Protos 5° Año - A rich red w**e made with Tinta del Pais grapes grown in the Burgos Province of Spain. Notes of black fruit, licorice, vanilla, spices, mineral, and balsamic.

Protos Tinto Fino (temperanillo) - A rich & dry red w**e with notes of blackberry, dark cherry, sweet spice, and toasty vanilla.

Alta Expresion Salchion - Cured pork sausage made with free range pigs who feed on the covap bellota, an exclusive acorn in Southern Spain.

Sanchez Romate Reserva Sherry Vinegar - Sweet and delicate w almond notes. Pairs well with roasted peppers, tomato, and braised chicken.
