I feel the pain. But I keep pushing forward...

Running a restaurant is top 3 hardest industry in America..A lot of work a lot of late nights and early mornings with thin profit margin…Most people just see the food on the social media networks but most don’t know you up all night thinking about is this the right industry for me??? A lot of thinking a lot of stress but if done right can be great… Just keep in mind we do a lot to make our customers feel like gold when they come into our restaurant….We may slip up sometimes but you cant always be perfect In this industry…. I wake up everyday trying to be a true professional everyday no matter the circumstances… Just know I earned my stripes everywhere I been along the way….Nothing is given everything is earned….
