1. Spaghetti served with three meatballs in a rich marinara sauce.
2. Slow-cooked buttery white beans served over jasmine rice, accompanied by hot sausage.
3. Pork piccata served with angel hair pasta and steamed broccoli.
4. Blackened catfish served with corn maque and a Creole sauce.
5. Chicken fettuccini with spinach.
