They say that there is no place like home, and I can't wait until I can get back home to doing the things that I love the most . Being here reminds me of my days as Executive Chef at the Great Wolf Lodge, non-stop trying to keep the kids fed and happy. It definitely takes me back. Hopefully, this is preparing me for something big. Thank you to everyone, including my Milestone Church family, for your support and prayers. 🙏

I am truly grateful to have such wonderful patrons in my life. Today, one of my friends presented me with a Bison ice chest, which was a very generous gift indeed. I am unsure if they would like me to mention their name, as that would be entirely up to them, but you certainly know who you are, and you all are amazing. I will miss you.

I genuinely hope to have enough business to occupy my time throughout the entire week. My offerings include beef short ribs accompanied by buttermilk garlic mashed potatoes, the classic New Orleans dish Yakamein garnished with a boiled egg and green onions, blackened pork loin served with a pomegranate wine sauce, stuffed peppers featuring wild rice pilaf and crimini mushrooms, and chicken and brisket tacos with a Creole BBQ sauce, presented alongside cilantro rice. Additionally, I had to prepare this cake for a sweet lady whose birthday is approaching, but I will not be present for the celebration. Therefore, I made it today. Happy early birthday, Ms. Luella Miller. You are an amazing woman.

Good morning. I will be away for a few months, but I have a question for you. How many establishments offer high-quality meals prepared and delivered to you free for merely $13.50 per order? Most of these meals you can probably make two out of one. Beef short ribs, Blackened pork loin, One of New Orleans classic Yakamein.
