For the week of June 15th through the 19th, the following culinary selections will be featured:

1. New Orleans Yakamein, a classic dish, garnished with a boiled egg and fresh green onions.
2. Fried chicken tacos, enhanced with smoked brisket and a distinctive Cajun BBQ sauce.
3. Beef short ribs, accompanied by a rich port wine demi-glace and rosemary-infused roasted potatoes.
4. Blackened pork loin, served with a pomegranate wine sauce, glazed carrots, and creamy mashed potatoes.

For the period of June 8th through the 12th, the culinary offerings will feature the following selections:

1. Corn and shrimp chowder.
2. Chicken etouffee accompanied by a truffle macaroni and cheese.
3. Baked red snapper complemented by a crawfish sauce and rice pilaf.
4. Stuffed Portobello mushrooms served with tri-color quinoa and goat cheese.
5. Beef stir-fry presented over jasmine rice.

I have said this before, but I will definitely say it again: I would love to be able to serve a minimum of ten family members on a weekly basis. I decided that I would make a new batch of muffins. I changed a couple of things. I really liked the first ones that I made, but I knew that I could make them better. I'm trying to come up with different things to add to my Lagniappe shelf: pecan pie muffins. I really would like for you guys to try our banana pudding made with homemade vanilla ladyfingers. Maybe next time. Getting your orders in early definitely frees up more time for me to do other things.
