🥩 THURSDAY NIGHT PRIME RIB DINNER | THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24
We’re introducing a new kind of evening at Wicked Eats Market! A little more laid-back than our Chef’s Tasting Dinners, but still a special night out.

We will be serving a classic steakhouse-inspired dinner featuring 12 oz. Prime Rib, loaded baked potato, lemon & garlic broccoli, caesar salad, dinner rolls with whipped honey butter, and strawberry shortcake.

Our signature Chef’s Tasting experience returns with an entirely new five-course menu created by Chef André.

This evening is all about the experience—multiple courses, creative flavors, beautiful presentation, and a chance to enjoy what Chef has been working on in the kitchen.

Another wonderful Chef Dinner in the books! Another beautiful evening of great food, conversations, and community.

Thank you to all our dinner guests for joining us Friday. We appreciate everyone who attended and spent the evening with us!

We also want to highlight our incredible vendors one more time for their amazing products that enhance our dishes so beautifully:

Ruby Cattle Company whose pork belly and bone-in short ribs were absolutely delicious

Spring Harvest whose colorful and flavorful micro-greens enhanced each of our dishes

Five Oaks Dairy whose honey and cream added the perfect amount of sweetness to our pork belly glaze and crème brûlée

If anyone was unable to attend, but would like to know more about the next one stay tuned for details. We do have the dates though so mark your calendars!

September 24th - Prime Rib Dinner, a smaller, more focused menu to just come out and have a nice easy dinner on a Thursday evening.

October 3rd - our first chef dinner on a Saturday night!

Both will have limited seating and tickets will need to be purchased in advanced. We will release the menus and further details this upcoming Wednesday morning.

Things are moving FAST around here! 🎉
We’re excited to have our building repairs wrapped up this weekend, and we’ve got lots of delicious things happening in the weeks ahead!

🍽️ Our 2nd Chef Dinner is SOLD OUT and happening this coming Friday!
Excited to have Brown Label Entertainment back for some lasting memories, Ruby Cattle Company delicious bone-in beef short ribs, Five Oaks Dairy Honey and heavy cream for a mouthwatering dessert and Spring Harvest micro greens to help elevate all our dishes!
If you know of a local farm, company that would like to be promoted in any future dinners let us know as we like to support local when at all possible.
🥩 We’re looking at a possible Prime Rib Dinner at the end of September.
👨‍🍳 Our next Chef Dinner is planned for early October!

It may have seemed a little quiet around here lately, but we promise it's been for all the right reasons! 😊
They say it takes a village, and we couldn't agree more. We're incredibly grateful to Back 2 Good Plumbing& All Around Electric Service, LLC for helping us tackle a few outdated issues and get things moving in the right direction, and the City of Trinity for their guidance, support and knowledge throughout the process. A big thank you as well to C & C Roofing And Construction for coming in clutch to repair the side of our building!

We're excited about what's ahead and can't wait to share more with you! In the meantime, enjoy these before & after photos and stay tuned for more updates. Great things are coming!
