Tender birria, onions, cilantro, cheese, and house red sauce—served with consommé for dipping.

Pesto, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, diced onion, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella.

We’ve been perfecting the recipe—braiding the dough, brushing it with garlic butter and testing every combination. Now it’s finally ready for you!

Today we’re releasing three Strombolis:

🥩 Classic Stromboli
Red sauce baked inside with ricotta cheese, sausage, pepperoni and mozzarella.

🌶️ Birria Stromboli
Packed with birria, onions, cilantro and our house red sauce—both inside and over the top. Served with consommé dipping sauce.

🌿 Field of Dreams Stromboli
Pesto sauce baked inside with mushrooms, onion, roasted red peppers, fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
