Happy Friday! As the snow and temp slowly fall, I’m in the warmth of the kitchen making soup (everybody’s fave!) and flatbread so, come warm up with us this weekend.

Happy first Sunday of 2026! I’m a little late with a meditation update, I know but, as they say…better late than never. I’ve been staying quite busy in the kitchen and with family so, I made the decision to take a little break from meditation; feeling a deep need to rest and restructure. Never fear though we will be back to it soon! Hope your New Year is going well. Enjoy this beautiful day and take time to rest and reset.
