We’re going back to the beginning. We’re going back to counter service.

For all of our day one regulars, thank you - you’ll recognize this version of us.

For all of our newcomers, welcome - we think you’ll like it here.

We’re simplifying: smaller menu & streamlined service. Why are we doing this? There’s a few reasons.

1. Equity for front and back of house. Our team is growing and tip sharing ensures our entire team is being compensated equitably.

2. We want to encourage people to gather in a communal atmosphere. Pull up a chair, share a meal with your neighbor.

3. Burn out is real. Sometimes change is the only answer.
