Now Hiring – Currents Seafood & Spirits (Trenton, Maine)

We’re preparing for a busy season and are looking to add experienced, dependable team members across both the kitchen and front of house.

Open Positions:
• Sous Chef
• Line Cooks
• Bartenders
• Oyster Shuckers

Sous Chef:

Proven kitchen leadership experience
Strong understanding of food safety, prep systems, and service ex*****on
Comfortable managing a high-volume line and supporting team development
Seafood experience preferred

Line Cooks:

Solid knife skills and station awareness
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service
Consistent, organized, and detail-oriented
Grill and sauté experience preferred

Bartenders:

Experience in both craft cocktails and high-volume service
Strong guest interaction and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain pace under pressure
Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar operations

Oyster Shuckers:

Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Focus on consistency, speed, and presentation
Comfortable working in a guest-facing environment
