Get your tastebuds ready, folks! This week at Fire & Salt BBQ Market, we are rotating in some serious heavy hitters for our lunch specials alongside our daily BBQ menu.

Here is your lunch lineup for Wednesday - Friday (11:30 AM - 2:00 PM):

🥣 Wednesday: Warm up with our authentic Posole Mexican Stew. Comfort food done right. 🥪 Thursday: It’s an offer you can’t refuse... The Godfather Sandwich. 🤠 Friday: End the work week with a bang with The Bandito Sandwich.

🍋 ALL WEEK DRINK SPECIAL: Thirsty? We are running a special on our ice-cold Lemonade all week long! Hurry in and grab one before the batch is gone—it's the perfect pair for this week's bold flavors.

We need to push pause for just a moment. Fire & Salt BBQ will be CLOSED this Friday, December 5th, for personal reasons.

But do not fret! We aren’t going far. We will be fired back up and ready to serve you this Saturday for our usual 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM shift.

Baby, it’s cold outside... but the soup is hot! 🥣🔥

Nothing beats the chill like a bowl of comfort food. Today’s special is a rustic and hearty Smoked Ham and Bean Soup. It’s smoky, savory, and exactly what you need to warm up this Thursday.

⚠️ Quick Kitchen Update: We are currently out of shredded beef and chicken for today’s lunch service. We apologize for the inconvenience! However, the good news is that the beef will be back in action tomorrow!

A Bittersweet Goodbye from Fire & Salt BBQ

To our wonderful customers and friends:

It is with mixed emotions that we announce Fire & Salt BBQ will be permanently closing its doors. Our final day of operation will be December 19th, or sooner if we sell out of product.

This has been an incredible journey, and we want to extend a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, and supported our mission to feature amazing local sauces and seasonings. Your support has meant the world to us.

We still have inventory on our shelves! Please stop by to stock up on your favorite BBQ sauces and seasonings from our small business partners before they are gone forever.

Come see us one last time:
