We need to push pause for just a moment. Fire & Salt BBQ will be CLOSED this Friday, December 5th, for personal reasons.

But do not fret! We aren’t going far. We will be fired back up and ready to serve you this Saturday for our usual 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM shift.

⚠️ Quick Kitchen Update: We are currently out of shredded beef and chicken for today’s lunch service. We apologize for the inconvenience! However, the good news is that the beef will be back in action tomorrow!

A Bittersweet Goodbye from Fire & Salt BBQ

To our wonderful customers and friends:

It is with mixed emotions that we announce Fire & Salt BBQ will be permanently closing its doors. Our final day of operation will be December 19th, or sooner if we sell out of product.

This has been an incredible journey, and we want to extend a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, and supported our mission to feature amazing local sauces and seasonings. Your support has meant the world to us.

We still have inventory on our shelves! Please stop by to stock up on your favorite BBQ sauces and seasonings from our small business partners before they are gone forever.

Today is a day for gratitude, for gathering with loved ones, and for enjoying delicious food. We are so incredibly blessed and thankful for your support throughout the year.

We want to wish you all a truly happy and blessed Thanksgiving filled with joy, warmth, and wonderful memories.

Just a friendly reminder that we are CLOSED today (Thursday) and will remain CLOSED tomorrow (Friday). We're taking this time to celebrate with our own families and will be back, fired up and ready to serve you, on Saturday for dinner from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM!

Hey everyone! As we gear up for a week of gratitude and great food, we wanted to share our schedule for the upcoming holiday so you can plan your BBQ fix accordingly.

Here is the lineup for Thanksgiving Week:

Wednesday: OPEN for Lunch (11:30 AM – 2:00 PM). Come get your mid-week cravings sorted! It’s also the perfect time to grab those last-minute local sauces and seasonings for your holiday table.

Thursday (Thanksgiving): CLOSED for general service. We are hosting a private event.

> Important Note: If you have a Catering Order, pickups will be available Thursday morning by appointment only.

Friday (Black Friday): CLOSED. Whether you are braving the crowds for holiday shopping or relaxing with leftovers, we hope you have a fantastic day!
