We will have some adjusted hours over the next few days due to graduations, as well as attending the National Restaurant Association’s huge food show in Chicago.

We’re excited to spend time exploring new ideas, trends, and suppliers to help bring fresh menu items and experiences back home to you all. From bold flavors to creative brunch items, unique drinks, and fun specials — we’ll be on the lookout for ways to keep things exciting.

Is there anything specific you’d love to see us keep an eye out for while we’re there? New menu ideas, desserts, coffee drinks, tacos, brunch items, healthier options, or something completely unexpected?

We are incredibly proud of all the hard work and dedication that went into this achievement.

Last night gave us quite the scare. We almost had a drive-thru added to the building the hard way when a vehicle ran into the building. Thankfully, we’re grateful it wasn’t worse, and we are praying that the driver is okay. 🙏

We had planned to spend the evening updating our register system and preparing everything for the new menu launch, but our time was understandably spent dealing with the accident instead of the computers.

Rather than rushing things, we’ve decided to postpone the new menu rollout until next Tuesday so we can make sure everything is set up the right way.

In the meantime… we’ll start teasing a few of the new additions. 👀

One we’re especially excited about:
The Hot Honey Chicken Bowl.

It was such a big hit in January in Greenville that it earned a permanent spot on the menu there — and now it’s making its way to Trenton. 🍯🔥🐔
